Pho-for-all! - Edit
Delicious vegan pho! So happy to have a place around here that makes an actual vegan pho rather than just giving you noodles and plain veggie stock. This was well-spiced and tasty, with giant pieces of tofu, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and a very generous sprig of Thai basil, which I absolutely love. Can’t wait to go back and try their veggie dumplings, which are big, steamed, fluffy dumplings! All vegan options were clearly labeled, which I greatly appreciate.
