Satisfying Meal

We were staying at an airport hotel with no dining option and were happy to find that nearby Tequila 45 had a few vegan options on their menu. The generously sized Veggie Burger was very nice. We were able to get a surprisingly large side salad with it instead of fries. We also ordered a side of Grilled Asparagus which was perfectly cooked and delicious, as well as a side of Sauteed Vegetables - mushrooms, red bell peppers, carrots, and zucchini - which were also nicely prepared from scratch. There were other vegan sides to choose from but unfortunately the beans were all prepared with some type of animal fat. Our server was very helpful and informative.
