Serviceable vegan option

We ordered delivery, and everything arrived quickly, which was nice. The servings were huge! My husband liked his curried tofu. My tofu lo mein was ok, but very bland and, while there was a lot of tofu, there wasn't much in the way of vegetables. I'd actually ordered broccoli as an add-on (pricey), but it wasn't included. The vegan spring rolls were mostly rice and noodles. I'm still
