The restaurant is a little bit fancy, you have to sit on the floor and it's expensive. They don't serve water, you have to buy an expensive shake.

Read moreNot much flavor but great if you want something simple. The coffee is amazing! Just wish the food could compare.
My boyfriend had the tofu wrap and the sauce tasted like a weird bbq, while the wrap was a bunch of tofu and one piece of lettuce.
I had the Buddha bowl. The ginger dressing was good, but again..was hoping for a bit more flavor. Should have brought my own salt shaker.
I would recommend going here for the Spanish coffee and great WiFi.

We had a lovely brunch here. The ‘chicken’ cobb salad was amazing. I had a smoothie bowl and banana & choc chip cookie. They didn’t have the bowl I originally wanted, but it was still nice. Both portions were large and good value for money.

We ate here every day whilst staying in El Nido! Probably the best place I’ve eaten in the Philippines (so far). It’s entirely vegan, serving incredible smoothie bowls (the strawberry banana was a particular favourite of mine), iced coffee, salad bowls (the chick’un cob was incredible), mac n cheeze (possibly the best I’ve had), wraps and some pudding options (we had the banoffee pie which was delicious). Can’t rate this place highly enough. The menu isn’t huge but plenty of choice as it’s entirely vegan. Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they’ve got you covered. It’s small inside with a few tables outside and most of the tables upstairs in a loft-style where you can sit on small benches or on cushions on the floor. Very cool & chill vibes. They also have board games and cards which you can play. We saw lots of people working in here too with laptops. It’s a must if you’re in El Nido!

Read moreDas Personal ist sehr liebenswert, die Lage zentral und der Kaffee sehr gut. Insbesondere die herzhaften Gerichte (das Panini!!!) sind super lecker! Die smoothiebowls haben noch etwas Luft nach oben, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Allein ein rein veganes Restaurant auf den Philippinen zu haben, das die Corona-Krise überstanden hat ist ein Segen. ☺️

We visited Taste many times while staying in El Nido for a fortnight. The owner and staff were always welcoming and the restaurant is clean and bright. We loved the food, the Mac n Cheeze was particularly good and the smoothie bowls are amazing, infact everything we ordered was lovely.
Read moreWe grabbed a few take out lunches for our island trips and days out, the wraps and sandwich were perfect for this and were always well packed. It was good to discover these same wraps and salads being sold at the cafe in El Nido Airport too
