Realistically it is $$$💸, tasty though - Edit
Seeing the menu posted here from 2019 prices have basically doubled.
Read more🍛 Dal Makhani (499PHP | 8.8$)

Whilst the dishes tasted really good and there was basically no waiting time, this was the most expensive restaurant visit in the Philippines so far and we will not be back for that very reason.
If you are craving Indian cuisine or not traveling on a budget it's worth a visit though.

Very good… - Edit
Super flavourful and willing to make most things vegan! Really enjoyed this place. A must try if you are craving Indian. We haven’t found another Indian restaurant in the Phillipines that comes anywhere close!

Authentic but very pricey for overall experience - Edit
I loved everything I ordered here. Definitely one of the best Indian restos I’ve tried and I’ve had Indian Food in India. But I find the find the food a bit too expensive. Imagine the most basic paratha bread for almost 200 pesos each. Shocking.

Excellent Indian - Edit
I love Indian food and this tasted very good and flavorful to me (two meals here). Didn’t ask if proprietors are actually Indian. There are good vegan options in El Nido and this should be included on the list. the Dal Makhni with some basmati rice is just great. the masala dishes are good, too. If I come back I'll try other bindhi (okra) dishes and the vegetable jalfrezi. Chai tea was good, with sugar on the side. I got stuck in a rain storm and stayed here for a couple hours. Wi-Fi was excellent, just get the code.

Average Indian food - Edit
Lots of well marked vegetarian options, all of which can be made vegan on request, however dishes are quite expensive and rice/ bread are extra. Food was ok but unfortunately both curries were over seasoned spoiling our enjoyment.

Many vegan options - Edit
A family-run Indian restaurant with super friendly owners. The menu offers mostly vegetarian dishes but all (expect one) can be made vegan. Also the naan and paratha are vegan/can be made vegan.
Read moreWe had two different dishes, mutter mushroom masala and chana masala, both were just enough spicy (as requested) and creamy. Maybe a little too much salt but we still enjoyed the food a lot.

Tried this place twice and food really was authentic Indian. They have two pages of vegetarian mains and all besides one is possible to order as vegan. My absolute favorite was Aloo palak, potato cubes cooked in spinach gravy with onion and tomato. Super nice staff!

Amazing Indian food - Edit
It’s ridiculous to find Indian food this good in el nido. Massive portion of menu is vegetarian. With most having the option to make vegan, which they know the difference. You can also adjust the heat

Best vegan & vege curries we have eaten - Edit
The service was exceptional, and there are so many vegetarian options on the menu that are clearly marked. All the vegetarian options can be made vegan on request and this is stated on their menu. The chef is from India and it shows! We were blown away by the taste and well 100% be back before we leave El Nido. Highly recommend!
