We ordered quite a few things on the menu - Thai noodles, risotto, falafel, cookies, and drinks. All in all, pretty solid food. And I genuinely respect and appreciate that the profits go to the community and they’re entirely eco-friendly. Go support them!

We didn't go here but ordered delivery from this restaurant multiple times. We LOVED it.
Read moreThe calzones are a bit pricy but ohhhh my are they delicious. They're big and filling, so 2 people can share one. Wow...the calzones.
They also have vegan cakes which were not life-changing but were good. We bought a whole cake and then snacked on it over the next few days.
Definitely a great restaurant.

Best vegan pizza in Quito - Edit
As some of the previous reviewers mentioned the place is a bit on the expensive side. They more than make up for this by creating delicious dishes, though. I had the best vegan pizza I’ve had in Latin America thus far. Their falafel and burger is good too. The view is nice, but it was sadly quite foggy on the night we were there.

I went to a couple of vegan spots in Quito and was most disappointed with this place, especially given the reviews. The food was good, but I think it was very expensive. Very cold inside and poor lighting. Nice staff & worth a visit, but the price put me off.

Mi esposo y yo fuimos a Tandana para festejar San Valentin, el restaurante es hermoso ya que es un mirador así que todo el tiempo disfrutas de una excelente vista. El ordenó una pizza y yo un calzone y los dos estuvieron deliciosos y llenadores, para terminar los postres que probamos fueron el brownie y el pastel de naranja. Si tuviera la oportunidad de regresar a Quito volvería a este lugar.

We went for a brunch on Sunday with 5 people. We all took the special where you can serve yourself all the basics, plus 3 smallish plates. Everything was delicious and the view was amazing. The kind you could stare out for a while and keep finding new things. We had some extras, but the total was like 70$. Little surprising it was that much. But still no other complaints at all. Great atmosphere

I think this is the very best vegan restaurant in Quito! You can head there for a nice lunch with a view over Guapulo, it is smart to make a reservation because it can be full. Every Sunday they offer a fantastic delicious vegan brunch with bread, different marmelades and spreads, coffee & juice as well as several prepared plates which are just super tasty - the last time I absolutely loved their llapingachos with jackfruit! They offer burgers, quinoa dishes and very nice vegan cheesecake on their menu as well as very nice fermented drinks. Absolutely love this place!!!

Tandana is probably one of the best vegan restaurants I’ve ever been to. Not only is the setting incredibly beautiful and simple, but the food was creative, fun and delicious. It’s a great example of “do a few things but do them right”. I highly recommend the bruschetta and the calzone with almond cheese and vegan sausage! We loved our experience so much that we even went back for brunch the same week. They have a set menu with three different plates and an unlimited buffet with hummus, fresh bread, fruit, granola and juices.

Had a great meal with friends at Tandana in Quito. Very friendly staff and supports an animal charity. Great food selection and tasty. Highly recommended! Wish there were more restaurants like this, would make the world a better place! Decor and atmosphere pleasant, a great find! Great to see locals esp young people there.
