Maybe it was just a bad day... - Edit
Been there a while ago and liked it. This time I was quite disappointed. Vegan labeled starter came with joghurt (and was probably baked in ghee), main dishes were very different from the description but tasted the same. Services was OK.

Tasty but.. - Edit
The vegan options are labled and the food is delicous. A while ago I ordered five dishes with uber eats. One of the dishes contained paneer eventhough it was lables as vegan. I wrote an email and explained what happend. They never responded.

Would be 5 stars, but HC limits it to 4 - Edit
We start with a well-labelled menu, and welcoming & helpful staff who recommend modifications to suit your requirements. They also welcome requests, and generally make sure you're well catered for. I found the food excellent; I particularly liked the palak & dahl soup and the Indian summer salad, but everything I had was good (I did order quite a lot!) They cooked roti for me without butter, and that was one of the best I've had. There's a lovely happy atmosphere in this unpretentious family-run restaurant, and I appreciated the tasteful decor, down to the clearly carefully chosen plates and cutlery. I'd highly recommend it. Granted, it's not the cheapest option; but well worth it, I'd say.

Fantastic selection of vegan meals - Edit
The nine vegan dishes are probably the best selection in an Indian restaurant in Zurich. They're not cheap at around 28 franks, I'll update the review when I get to try them. I'm adding pictures of the current menu because it's not on the website; the green "flower" marks vegan. You can order from the dinner menu at lunchtime, too. An English menu is available.
