Medium size hole in the wall with make-it-yourself hotpot - Edit
I am a diehard soup fan, so this is like my favorite place ever. There are 16 broths on the menu, and 13 of them are marked vegan. You choose your own individual ingredients in wrapped bowls out of the fridge display, and add to the pot of broth simmering on the burner on your table. There are ample choices of proteins, noodles, veggies, etc. You can order rice on the side (not sure what else, cause I’m only there for the hotpot), and there are sauces and toppings to add. There are only a couple vegan sauces available (ponzu, garlic chili, white sesame, and summer tropical mango lychee). The pot is one size, and you can order 1 or 2 broths (split pot). The cost is dependent on how crazy you go with the additions (each bowl is priced $3-4-5). You can keep topping the broth up with more. The more people you have, the more cost effective it is; but it’s still pretty cheap.
