I read some people posting that Swallow has the best bacon & egg roll in the world ... well at least Sydney. I have to say it's pretty darn good. "Best" is a big call, but it's certainly up there.

Delicious, well presented burgers, fries, pastries & drinks. It’s been so long since I’ve had an iced chocolate! My non-vegan partner enjoyed the delicious not-bacon and homemade “egg” roll, didn’t even realise it wasn’t egg. I had the special of the day, which was an awesome crispy battered king oyster mushroom sandwich. The portions were generous and everything was beautifully presented.

Love this place and I go regularly. Not perfect. The chips are a bit weak and they use too much sauce in the burgers for my taste. But I reckon any Aussie wouldn’t notice.

They get a lot of hate from locals who hate they don’t do cows milk, so please support them.
A great friendly space. Perfect to take non vegos so they can see how tasty veggie food is.

The completely vegan menu was full of great choices. I had a big vegan burger which has so much flavour and great sauces. Often vegan burgers just taste like the vegan "meat" and lack flavour, but my burger was so tasty.

Returned today we had Swallow Chef's Breakfast was delicious. Pannini filled with roasted red peppers, roasted pumpkin, roasted zucchini this also was delicious, had fresh orange juice and acaii smoothie.
Everyone should give this place a visit.
Revisited today for brekky, both dishes were great. Smoothie was a bit frozen couldn't taste the fruits.

We just moved to Rockdale and couldn’t have been more happy to discover this fully vegan cafe! They have their own vegan egg as well (it is delicious). Can’t wait to try out more of their menu.

My main con was that they have plastic straws.

So happy to find this place! Not usually in the area and was not expecting to find a 100% vegan spot for lunch nearby. We got the fish burger and a special menu chicken burger - damn tasty. Food is fresh. Perfect amount of sauce and flavouring. Also had the mango smoothie (bit like a mango lassi) which topped off lunch perfectly! The owners and staff seem like friendly and genuine people. Super happy to support this business.

This cafe is fully vegan, and I can’t believe I didn’t know it was around the corner sooner! It is right me y to rockdale station, it is a really nicely decorated cafe with beautiful art painted on it and comfortable seating options. Not only is it a cafe but they also sell some vegan groceries.

There were four of us and we tried the no beef burger, no fish burger, the breakfast burrito and the twister, plus hashbrowns. Everything was delicious.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they even gave us some testers of the crisps we were looking to buy.
Can’t wait to go back and support the local vegan community!
