An exceptional restaurant - Edit

The concept of the restaurant is sustainable, it is mainly waste to be avoided. Where possible, organic foods are used. The decor of the restaurant is tasteful and you dine in a harmonious atmosphere. You can dine in the restaurant or outside. The dishes are European influenced. The food tastes very good. You can c organic hoose for dinner either a full menu or individual dishes from the menu. The whole menu costs $ 25 and consists of nine courses. I can hardly imagine that you can eat so much. We chose five courses for two and were well fed after a very good meal. We paid around $ 17 (without drinks) for that. If you like fermented drinks, you should definitely try the raspberry kombucha. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

Just had dinner at this lovely restaurant which promotes 0 waste and vegan cuisine. It is a bit hard to find but definitely worth a visit. The menu is available on their website and the full menu costs around 25 dollars without drinks. Some ppl might say it's a bit expensive compared to local restaurants but again it's the full menu set (9 in total without counting mouth refresher and mise en bouche) and it's a great concept. The full menu is definitely enough to satisfy a big eater and I would say it's even a bit too generous. The food was really tasty and I hope the restaurant and concept will be a great success!!
