Upscale tasting menu - Edit
One of 2 locations for this talented French chef offering a vegan 8 course tasting menu. Elegant yet casual ambiance, chill background music and a very dedicated wait staff make for a unique overall experience. I’ve tried their other location in Phnom Penh last week, and here in Siem Reap tonight and was equally impressed. Food is delicate, aromatic, and delicious. I appreciate how dishes are slight under salted which allows for all other flavors to naturally pop up.
Read moreThe menu was entirely vegan with the exception of the very last dessert which was vegetarian, but the staff gladly replaced it for a delicious sweet potato ice cream dessert that was incredible. At $50/person with tax, service and tip it’s definitely on the high side of food I’ve had in Cambodia, but well worth it in my opinion, and I recommend to all vegans coming to town to try at least once.

Exquisite tasting menu - Edit
Lovely place for a special dinner. I enjoyed the majority of the courses. Most were on the sweeter side with loads of reductions and glazes, so it might not be to everyone’s taste. Attentive service and great value for what you get.

Divine plant based menu - Edit
My friend recommended this restaurant to me as her favorite in all of Cambodia. I was thrilled to see they have a fully plant based tasting menu. It's not often we can find high-end dining like this that's vegan friendly! The menu was exceptional and I enjoyed the diversity and flavors of each dish. The menu was 8 courses and they made a special 8th course for me as the one on the menu was not vegan. They also had vegan cocktails which were delicious and service was on point. Absolutely treat yourself to this place if you are in Siem Reap!
