Tasty tofu

Only saw two vegan options on the Sunday morning menu, but one was sufficient. Tofu cubes seasoned with tumeric, served with sauteed tomatoes, potato, green onion, avocado, corn tortillas and salsa.

Pros: Tofu option

Cons: Busy, Needs more vegan options

Always delicious

Their tofu scramble with hash browns (option for salad) & sour dough toast is a favorite of mine! Absolutely delicious & fresh!
