LOVE This Place. - Edit
They serve many different (mostly vegan) options. I enjoyed my first visit and I will come back. The food remind me of my mother's cooking. Healthy and fresh. I like that! I love their brownies. They're made by Vegan Vee Bakery. Delicious!

So happy to hear this place has gone fully vegan! Was there in 2019 and still think about the chili and corn bread I got there. Loved the service style, and unpretentious atmosphere. I went with my mom and her late husband, and we met a non vegan couple who were friends of theirs. Everyone enjoyed their food !

I took my mom and husband here (neither is veg) and they loved it as much as I did. We got to try the BBQ bowl, roasted roots bowl and the southern BBQ burger. All of it was fantastic! Highly recommend. The cats, pinto and lentil, are super cute too!

Sunflower Cafe is a wonderful vegan restaurant with many healthy and delicious options, the service is quick, and the price is reasonable. There are two rescue cats who live on the patio.

I was visiting and my friend brought me here...it was so good, I got meals for the next few days! I tried the breakfast pizzas, a really tasty sandwich and a salad with the most amazing "honey" mustard dressing!

This is a great restaraunt and 100% vegan. I am allergic to milk and eggs, and it’s an amazingly good restaraunt with a bunch of options. There is also a bunch of drink options. The root beer is very tasty.

Read morecoming in here but the vibes were great and all the food options sounded amazing. I opted for the ginger tahini tofu with quinoa and I was blown away. As someone who cooks WFPB at home, I appreciated the oil-free space and was so impressed with how tasty the food was. My family also thoroughly enjoyed their meal and didn't even notice it was oil free. The bowls are super filling and all-around a great experience I was not expecting driving through Nashville.

This place has it all: delicious hot counter with many many options, baked goods, beers, craft sodas, ice teas, snacks. And even two cats that roam the premises. The hot chicken potato bowl was absolute fire and made two portions for me. Wonderful crab cakes as well served with yummy slaw.

Been here multiple times when visiting Nashville. I dream about their no-bake oat, chocolate peanut butter bar! Ordered my main dishes from the oil-free menu: kale/collard greens, quinoa & lentil power bowl (bbq sauce on the side—too salty for me) and a mixed salad w/citrus dressing. Then splurged on the dessert and bought an extra one to take to my hotel for another day! Staff was so accommodating.

Everything we've had here has been delicious and filling. Most of the time we stop here when in Nashville. Sunflower Cafe keeps us from trying other vegan restaurants because we like it so much. They have a variety of options including burgers, bowls, plates, sides, and some parfait-type desserts. Would highly recommend!

We had dinner and mucho dessert here. I had the sausage focaccia bake - it was terrific! I can also strongly recommend the Pina Colada & carrot cake cupcakes & and the sweet potato muffin. Mmmm, good!

Stopped here for to-go food while passing through town on a road trip, and it was so good that we came back by again on our way home! Lots of variety to choose from, delicious food and wonderful staff. They waited until we arrived to pick up our order to melt the cheese on our nachos so that it would still be hot and perfectly melty when we ate it. Overall a great experience.

We are here twice during our one day trip to Nashville. The bakery is amazing. The desserts aren’t overly sweet and the variety is more than your basic cupcake. The meals are great too. So much variety and great portions.

This place operates on all cylinders! Staff is friendly and prompt and can help you make any decisions. They were super nice and helped make my bad day a little better. Food is flavorful and has a great combination of crunch and textures.

Driving through Nashville and wanted to choose a fully vegan restaurant:) They had so much to choose from. Had a burger with potato salad and Asian slaw. When I arrived to pick up my order, I saw they had a to go frig and saw dessert! You’ll be glad you stopped by to try their food out. Everything was great.

First time here, just passing through and we loved this place! So many great things to choose from! Staff was very friendly and gave us samples! I had the Loaded Potato Bowl and Broccoli Salad, both amazing! My husband had the Hot Chik’n Bowl and Pad Thai Salad, both really good! Would definitely eat here again! (They even helped a stray cat by “adopting” it, caring for it and naming it Lentil 😊)
