Stylish Restaurant with a Huge Menu

Love this place! The menu is huge, with lots of unusual dishes and it’s good value for money, with generous portions.
I totally over ordered, and was advised by the waitress that I may have ordered too much. She was right, but offered to wrap up my leftovers, so I still have some delicious food to have tomorrow, yum!
The interior of the restaurant is really nice and food is beautifully presented.
It’s on 2f of the the Fullink shopping centre, although I think the shopping centre guide says its on 3f? Glad I persevered and found it!

Great vegan food

I've often eaten at (and loved) the Veggie Tiger near Tsinghua University. This was my first time at this branch. The good was was just as excellent!

Pros: Great vegan food

large variety of dishes

Very nice restaurant. Very chinese 😉
The manu is very large and it was a bit difficult to choose from with so many options. Only the titles in the menu are in English.
The staff are very friendly but don't know English at all. But i guess thats expected here so all in all not a bad place.

Favourite place in Beijing

This was my favourite restaurant in Beijing. Everything I ordered was delicious but my favourite dishes were the sweet and sour veggie pork, the hat cake, and a couple of the more simple sounding but utterly delicious soups. I also enjoyed their vegan egg tarts which had a little papaya inside. You should order them when you order your main meal because they take about 30 minutes to make. The pineapple cakes were also excellent. A lot of the dishes seem expensive but they're served family style and are very large, great for groups or for having leftovers. I liked a lot of the dishes from the cheaper staple dishes section at the back of the menu!

It really isn't hard to find. Take the metro to the closest stop and follow signs to Fulllink Plaza. It will be on the opposite side of the road to the closest station exit but it has a massive sign with the name on the outside. Just walk towards it and then cross the bridge which connects you to the mall. It's on the second floor tucked into a corner but their green sign is easy to spot.

Good variety, decent prices

The address above is wrong - please use this one - 朝阳区朝外大街18号丰联广场三楼/ Fullink Plaza, Chaoyangmen Outer road number 18. 3rd floor.

We ordered one of the must try eel dishes - it was good but not up to the hype. The Kung pao chicken was a disappointment. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have more varieties to try.

Lovely food, hard to find.

It was extremely hard to find this restaurant. It's not connected to the station and if you stumble into a shopping complex attached to the station called Soho Galaxy you're in the WRONG place. We returned to the station in despair, until we found a foreigner who ate there a lot and took us out of the station, with Soho Galaxy behind us and took a left across a bridge that went over an express way before we found Fulllink Plaza. So make sure you get a good map and have some sort of app to help you translate into Mandarin if you get lost. In a country where tea can be outrageously expensive, it was nice to be offered complementary green tea. I got a lovely braised tofu that came with some sort of pastry to create a strange but tasty sandwich. The hot mushroom soup was spicy and mildly tinged with coconut. Finally there were some green vegetable thin pancake/crepe style dish ordered. The portions were generous, three dishes were way too much and had to be taken away for later.

Pros: good value good food, great atmosphere, generous portion

Overwhelming by menu & taste

So far the best veggie food we had in China. Just the bamboo shoots are already from heaven. Beware the extensive menu - it's so easy to order way too much food as the portions are BIG. Oh and don't trust the coordinates but just head for tgr Fulllink mall from the subway.

Pros: Food, Menu, Taste, Atmosphere, Everything

Go here, you will not regret it, DELICIOUS

This is hands down probably the very best vegan restaurant I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot all over the world! We went there 3 times during our 5 day Beijing trip and were never disappointed! It's also a great place for non vegans, bring your Omnivore friends :) The atmosphere is very nice and elegant too, but not too posh.

Location: It is located inside Fullink Plaza on the 2nd floor, quite easy to find. Metro is not far and theres a Bus station almost in front of it. We always went there by Taxi though.

Menu/Food; Their menu is HUGE and there are so many delicious things on there, try the Vege Balls and the Sweet&Sour dishes they have with either Tofu or Eggplant, it's like heaven! The portions are very large and filling, everything was fresh and simply delicious. When you arrive there is always a pot of tea and pickled veggies (both free!) to snack while you are choosing what to eat. Try also the dessert, we had the Tiramisu which was great.

Staff: Very nice and helpful, not all of them speak English, but it was no problem at all since the menu is Chinese and English anyway.

International credit cards do not work, but that is often the case in China and not specific to this restaurant.

I really wish we had a place like this near me, I'd go there as often as possible :) GO THERE

Pros: Delicious Food!!!, Perfect for mixed groups with non vegans, Ambiente

Cons: NONE

We ate there again, again and again!

It is not often that I take time out to write a review but I had to share this. We cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The place was clean, decor and ambiance was relaxing and friendly even when it was busy. The staff were friendly and helpful despite no English spoken. Now for the part about the food! They have an extensive menu! There is much to choose from, all the food is full of flavour, not oily or greasy, just wonderful healthy and delicious food.

They also are creative with the food without compromising on taste or portions size, so real value for money. Unlike some fusion vegetarian restaurants that are now triple the price in Beijing. With so much good food on offer we went back 3 times during our week in Beijing and we would go back to eat at SUHU if we return to Beijing.

Pros: Excellent food, Big portions, Friendly staff

Cons: Don't take international credit cards

Delicious Vegan Food

SUHU is an AMAZING vegan restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious. We are vegans and were so happy to find a restaurant that uses no eggs, no fish, no meat, no dairy and no alcohol.....we could order blindly off the menu. I would recommend SUHU again and again to anyone going to Beijing. LOVED IT!
The service is excellent and the staff showed a lot of care and kindness. They were very efficient and worked hard to serve their customers. It was a cosy, simple but stylish restaurant.
