Serves foie gras 😢

Based on prior reviews we were looking forward to trying this place until we walked up to the door and saw foie gras on the menu. Too much cruelty. Can’t do it.

Should be five stars - gourmet vegan options

Suchness is a new local gem with some amazing legit gourmet vegan dishes that will make you feel so happy. Current vegan options include: wilted kale salad, smoked carrot tartare, kimchi + rice cakes, rigatoni, tempeh and celeriac, and Hawaiian butter mochi cake. My fav is the tempeh and celeriac main. Last two times there it was a super tasty house-made quinoa tempeh.

Pros: creative gourmet vegan options, good vibes , non alcoholic juniper and tonic
