Some of the Best Vegan Food I have ever had !

Picture it. A fall afternoon and I was charging an ev in the heart of Taos. I had 5 minutes left on the charge and noticed this restaurant off the mail street called The Earth Oven. Had a GREAT meal - mushroom Shwarma, beet tahini, garlic tahini and a califlower dish. My mouth is still going crazy an hour later. One of the best meals I have ever had. The owner came out to greet. The waitron was lovely and kind and had a huge smile on her face, Sitting in a gorgeous courtyard - perfect temperature. Even struck up a conversation with a Mary at the next table that was similarly wowed. Can't wait to go back. Only reason it did not get 5 stars was due to serving some meat. This site did not allow that
