First vegan restaurant I ever visited. The food really is sublime. We had ‘Sweet mustard burger” and a lemonade with ginger. Both were delicious, especially the burger and potatoes.

A cold blend matcha latte, however was very underwhelming.
I was going to give 3stars, but the tiramisu tipped the scale!

Visited sublimmme for a late breakfast. They have an English menu and the staff spoke English as well. During my stay I was the only customer, they just opened and I wanted to order a soup of the day (lentil soup) and an advocate toast with salad and teryaki tofu. The waiter mentioned that the soup is still in preparation and it would take about 30 minutes until it can be served. I decided to skip the soup, but had to wait even longer for the toast (about 45 minutes). However, the food was tasty and the shop has a nice interior.

We stopped by on our way back from the contemporary art museum for a late lunch and we're not disappointed. Burgers were very tasty and well prepared and the selection of cakes were sublime!! We had the sweet mustard burger and the beyond meat burger, both came with some baked potatoes and a mustard dip.

No voy a exagerar si digo que aquí me he comido la mejor hamburguesa vegana de mi vida. Empiezo así de contundente y escapando de la beyond. El local es céntrico, muy acogedor y el personal tremendamente amable. Hemos probado el menú de viernes, que consta en este caso de: una sopa de setas ostra muy reconfortante y sabrosa, y de segundo un wrap de seitán muy rico . La sorpresa ha sido probar a mayores la “Sweet Mustard Burger”, nos ha dejado impresionados, excelente. Añadir también que, tienen una gran variedad de cakes y tienen fama. Probamos la de mojito , fresa y lima, y la de chocolate y cerezas, exquisitas ambas. Deseando volver. Si estás en Bucarest, tienes que ir.

Many different options, both burgers and more healthy options, in a nice location in the center of town. The cakes are amazing. They even have raw vegan cakes that are super amazing. Beware, they don't serve coffee, only chicory.

I was at Sublimmme with two friends, and we waited 45 minutes for the food (we arrived at 13 o'clock). The waiter ask me twice about what I ordered (it seems that he don't write it down), and after half an hour he said that they could not make my order anyway (why don't they say that then I ordered?).

The food is a bit mediocre. I had a burger (after they said that they could not make the seitan wrap, I started to order), and it was bland.
The dip for fries was a strange mustard dip that does not fit.
At last the smoothies was served in inconvenient glass, difficult to drink of.
Therefore I unfortunately can't recommend this place.
The staff was friendly however. But I think they should improve on service, as they seem understaffed. The food could also be improved, for example with different dippings for fries.

Only thing I tried was the chocolate raspberry cake. It was amazing!! It was rich and creamy. On the menu it’s called “Tort Delight Cu Ciocolată Albă, Ciocolată Neagră Și Zmeură.”
