Built a delicious breakfast sandwich with vegan egg, cheeze, and sausage on a plain bagel. The sausage is apparently based on black beans but i wouldn’t have known (I don’t love black bean) because it was so tasty! I also added spinach, tomato, and red onion. Very tasty and served hot! Staff were very nice about checking vegan ingredients on the bread options.

Multiple vegan options for breakfast including an egg, cheese, and sausage sandwich, a hummus and veggie bagel, or any bagel with vegan cream cheese. Their espresso drinks were great too!!
