Vegan Teriyaki Nowl - Edit
Best soup I’ve ever had. Seriously! Also outdoor seating under huge old pine trees . Health food store attached.

Absolutely amazing. Probably the biggest selection of vegan options in North Lake Tahoe. Linked to a small grocery store that has a ton of plant-based and healthy items too

Delicious noodle bowls - Edit
We were on a photo expedition out of the Sacramento area when we checked HappyCow for listings and picked this one. It was well worth it! We got the two vegan bowls, the Thai coconut noodle bowl (with udon) and the teriyaki noodle bowl (with the rice noodles), both bowls with the tofu option. Flavors were good and the Thai seasonings were "Americanized," that is, not spicy at all. We got 'small' bowls and supplemented our lunch with homemade totilla chips and guacamole, also very tasty. The guacamole had two flavors - avocado and sun-dried tomato. There were only 6 seats in the back corner of this grocery store but two picnic tables and another small table outside. We'd go there again without a doubt.

They had two noodle bowl options, a sandwich and I believe three sushi options. My wife and I both got noodle bowls and they were yummy.

Soooooo good! Hidden gem! - Edit
This place is so good! We ordered the teriyaki bowl and vegan (sprouted nuts and seeds) sushi rolls. The rolls were amazing! Before we left we ordered the curry coconut bowl to go! We loved this place so much we wanted to return the next day. We were disappointed to see they were closed Saturdays and Sundays

Tasty Noodle Bowls and Dessert - Edit
I was able to eat a vegan, gluten free lunch and dessert. They have noodle bowls with rice or udon noodles. The tiramisu has a layer of nuts on the bottom instead of ladyfingers.
