More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I like being able to eat plant-based whole foods to avoid the hazards and pitfalls of processed foods and meat. I feel I am doing all I can to ensure a long, healthy life.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
There were a couple of vegan and veg-friendly restaurants in my city that were not listed, and I wanted to make a contribution.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
It is great to live in California, as there are so many vegan and vegetarian choices. Would love to go back to Sweden, and maybe visit Europe.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I am addicted to Miyoko's vegan cashew cheeses, made in Fairfax, CA!
