Comforting, warm, spicy

I love hotpot, and this is a great option locally. The vegetarian/vegan broth is good but a little plain on its own, but you can ask the staff to make it spicy, and that adds a lot of flavor. Also, adding lots of mushrooms to the broth helps bring it a lot of flavor. There’s tons of veggies, tofu, noodles, and sauces that you can add to customize your food.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Customizable

Cons: Serves a lot of meat
