Tasty and creative

I love that Durham can now boast having a fully vegan restaurant for dinner, along with Day One (also a pop-up - on Saturday nights). The unfortunate part is that Stay Fresh is only open once/week on Tuesday nights, with occasional Sunday brunches.
The menu changes weekly featuring a different theme. The dishes are always creative and tasty. My favorite item so far is the "chicken fried" tofu biscuit sandwich.
Chef Matt and the crew are all super friendly and seem truly happy to be offering up vegan food to the community.
I hope they get their own place soon so they can open up daily!

Pros: awesome vegan chef, creative menus that change often, knows how to handle gluten free

Cons: only open once/week, some items are a little too salty
