Best place to have (veg) lunch, dinner, and/or drinks in Maastricht - Edit

Centrifuge offers a variety of great and abundant vegetarian and vegan plates to affordable prices. Its menu changes ever week. The place is perfect to study or in the evenings to have a drink with your friends. Sometimes they even have special dinner events with live music. Make sure to try one of their amazing vegan burgers!

Pros: Welcoming/friendly staff, Good food to affordable prices, Good vibes

Cozy place with a resident cat - Edit

The fella working there was friendly and spoke English. He said there are always at least 2 vegan soups. the margarine was vegan (which was served free along with a bread roll). Nice place to relax near the shopping district. A cat, who I presume was the boss, occasionally made an appearance to check in on things.

Pros: Vegan options, Vegan margarine

Cons: not completely veg

Budget-Friendly and Diverse - Edit

Soup Solo is located right opposite to the Law Faculty and close to the other university buildings, which makes it busy during the day-time, which is why it is good that they have take-away options.

The menu changes every week and all the options are always vegan except for few dishes. For €4,50 I got a big bowl of (brussels sprout) soup with a big multigrain bread roll and an apple. Everything was really good and I felt really satisfied for the whole day after the meal!

Pros: Filling and healthy lunch, Atmosphere, The amount of different options
