Great coffee, vegan cakes and good vibes - Edit
Lovely place with loads of space. They offer a nice selection of vegan cakes and cookies. I've tried the chocolate chip cookie which was great and the apple cake which was also great. Coffee is very good as well and the staff very friendly. Reasonable prices. Great spot in Maastricht for coffee and cake.

Nice coffee, multiple vegan desserts - Edit
Almost all desserts were vegan. Coffee had only oat milk alternative. We tried two cookies, one with chocolate and other with walnuts. Both tasted very similar but they were nice.

We asked for a fruity coffee and the barista recommended a coffee from New York-based Sey Coffee. It was outstanding. Fixed Gear uses the Kalita Wave pourover system.
