So and souls - Edit
The staff was friendly and helpfull.
The drinks, coffee and sweet potato chips were really tasty, but the burgers and the dessert we had was a bit disapppointing.
Maybe the brunch is better?
Pros: all vegan, lots to choose from
Cons: A bit expensive

Filling, delicious & healthy - Edit
We had lunch with non vegan friends there and we all liked it very much -the boys were a bit unhappy cause wanted to have the pulled "pork" burger and it had run out, but maybe that was because we arrived kind of late for lunch. I also found the seitan sticks a bit spongey -but some people prefer it this way i guess. The ramen & hot bowl were amazing and filling, we loved the cauliflower tempura & the sweet potato fries, the lemonades were incredible 💞 Very beautiful decoration & friendly staff. Kind of expensive, but the portions were large & filling, would definetely recommend it!!
Pros: Ramen / Hot bowl, Cauliflower tempura / Sweet potato fries, Lemonades (ginger or raspberry)
Cons: Kind of pricey, seitan kind of spongey (not a con if you like it l

Pricy vegan food - Edit
Had the “Pulled seitan” sandwich here. Tasted decent enough, though there was nothing “pulled” about the seitan at all, it was just strips. It came on a green bun though. Seriously, a completely deep green colored bun.
My girlfriend had a "tofu steak salad" which came with two small tofu triangles... OK.
Service was friendly, prices very high, especially for the drinks. Probably the most expensive coffee I’ve had in Copenhagen. The food is decent enough though, even though they use a lot of trendy buzzwords that have no releation to the actual food on your plate.

Souls? It sure has. - Edit
I had an AMAZING dinner at Souls at summertime - where Copenhagen is beautiful! Located on a little square on Østerbro, this place was such a great and delicious surprise!
I had a rich and colourful vegan bowl.
Sweet potato, broccoli, quinoa, olives, spinach, lettuce, peapure, lentils, beetroot sprouts, kale, avocado drizzled with a rosemary/sunflowerseed oil. Incredible! With glutenfree bread and lemonwater on the side. Now that is the whole package!
I was able to pick delicious organic items from different salads on the menu - and put them into one personalized vegan dinner for me.
This was a special request, and the staff was really nice (also dealing with allergy) and helpful in creating a delicious meal for a perfect night.
I'll be back!
Pros: Fair priced , Mostly (if not all) organic produce , Great place if you have nut-allergy

Yum yum! - Edit
I love this place! My hubby and I both ate the seitan pulled pork burger and tempura cauliflower for lunch today, and I wish we were staying a little closer so we could get back again to try more from the brilliant menu. The staff were so nice and the decor of the restaurant is cosy and chilled. Highly recommended!

Delicious Food, Friendly Staff - Edit
Difficult to choose among the very appealing dishes on the menu, and we were not disappointed, really good food. My non vegan friend also enjoyed it a lot (maybe found the burger bun slightly dry or dense, but all in all she also really enjoyed it). Nice atmosphere. Loved the Viking salad. Copious portions. Broad selection of plant based milks for the coffee). Will definitely come back!
Pros: All menu items sounded amazing , copious portions , friendly staff
Cons: Burger bun slightly dry - no big issue though

Lovely, cozy and very friendly. - Edit
Lovely restaurant, with a cozy atmosphere. I was pleased to know that everything on the menu was vegan, (even though HappyCow can't classify it as being vegan). Prices are very reasonable. I had the pizza and my friend had the Supreme Salad. Both dishes were delicious, and we were stuffed when we left. The staff was so nice and friendly. I definitely want to come back here next time I'm in the area.
Only reason I can't give it 5 stars, is because the waitress forgot to tell us, when seated, that we had to order in the bar.

Beautiful spot, worth it for a treat - Edit
I love the location on a charming entre-cuadras (like a little square between blocks) in Østerbro. The staff are lovely and helpful, and the restaurant is spacious.
I felt it was a bit pricey until I actually ate and realised how generous the portions are. Brunch was a solid choice but would probably go for lunch (after 12:30) if I go again.
Highlight...? The pea dip! (I just have this thing for peas though)

Cozy relaxed Place to be - Edit
A very lovely Restaurant with indoor and outdoor seatings (under trees during summertime). Small but good menu. You have to place your order at the bar. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had the Soul Burger with extra sweet potatoe fries. The Burger was delicious and came with a rye-bun. The fries were disappointing, not fried propperly. Meals around me looked great as well, so I can definately recommend the place. Sidenote: the bathroom is great! Spaceous, clean, very nice!

Number 1 - Edit
This was the best vegetarian I have been to in Europe. The burger was so full of flavor and the truffle dip to die for. This is a must place in copenhagen. I'll be back this week, thanks guys.
Pros: Burger, Healthy, Delicious
Cons: Need to get a train to get there

Absolutely love it! - Edit
I've been here a few times now and have nothing bad to say. I've tried their brunch, which was delicious, with a wide range of different things such as fruit, yoghurt, pancakes and bread - and they were willing to sub the avocado for extra hummus, since I don't like avocado. My non-veg mum was extremely surprised as to how good the brunch was, that she suggested taking my siblings here one day as well! Also their soulful bbq sandwich is amazing, and the green smoothie is probably the tastiest green smoothie I've had so far!! Big fan of this place and their lovely staff, and I will certainly be visiting again in the near future.
Pros: Excellent food
