Number 1 - Edit
This was the best vegetarian I have been to in Europe. The burger was so full of flavor and the truffle dip to die for. This is a must place in copenhagen. I'll be back this week, thanks guys.

Absolutely love it! - Edit
I've been here a few times now and have nothing bad to say. I've tried their brunch, which was delicious, with a wide range of different things such as fruit, yoghurt, pancakes and bread - and they were willing to sub the avocado for extra hummus, since I don't like avocado. My non-veg mum was extremely surprised as to how good the brunch was, that she suggested taking my siblings here one day as well! Also their soulful bbq sandwich is amazing, and the green smoothie is probably the tastiest green smoothie I've had so far!! Big fan of this place and their lovely staff, and I will certainly be visiting again in the near future.

Favorite place in Copenhagen! - Edit
Souls serve the best vegan food in Copenhagen. It's placed in nice surroundings and everything on their menu is really tasty. I've been there with my whole (non-vegan) family, and even my grandparents have fallen in love with the place.

I dont know why this restaurant is classified as vegetarian as everything on the menu is vegan (exept that there might be a choice of milk for your coffee?). The food is absolutely amazing all around. They also have a pancake stack for brunch or dinner that is just delish :)

Amazing salad and smoothy - Edit
While discovering Copenhagen I followed some locals' advices and stopped by Souls. Very friendly staff, big beautiful and tasty salad (viking) and a green machine smoothy. Big thumb up for the entire experience!

The best food I have ever eaten - Edit
I would not say that about any food, but everything we ate here was outstanding, from the coffee to the bread to the quality of the produce, not to mention the flavours brought together. We had two kinds of sandwiches and shared a salad, it was just sublime and the service is great, too. Souls offers cow's milk as a milk in coffee option because of the demand of locals, but you actually have to pay extra for it, like most places do with alternatives to cow's milk. Everything on the menu is completely vegan, you could only get non-vegan coffee there and only by asking for it ans paying extra for it. I would travel back to CPH just to eat in Souls

Best vegan food - Edit
I've been there twice now, and both times were a really good experience. The staff is nice and helpful, the atmosphere is cosy and the food is the best tasting vegan food I have had. Both times I left completely stuffed because I ended up eating/drinking more than planned. Highly recommended!

Tasty burger and fries - Edit
Not a particularly wide ranging menu but what we chose was done well. Great burgers though - my non-vegan friend said that they were better than the 'real thing'. Order sweet potato fries with your burger they are very good.

Really nice restaurant in a suburban area near to Copenhagen city centre. We tried the pizza and burger and both were amazing - a healthier take on both. The staff were good and restaurant busy giving it a good atmosphere. It's quite pricey but worth the money if you're happy to spend it. They offer different menus earlier in the day, as well as salads, sides and even a few vegan desserts!

Lovely food and place, but please stop selling cows milk - Edit
I've visited Souls twice and greatly enjoyed the food, drinks and cakes. Specifically I've tried two different sandwiches and a chocolate cheese cake. Last time I visited the place with two nonvegans both of which also seemed very pleased with the food, and the one who had coffee went with almond milk. Hoping to try their burgers sometime!
Read moreThere is one drawback, though: I really wish they'll drop the option to have cows milk in your coffee, however, with all those lovely plant based alternatives they serve. Seems like such a small step to make! Until then it should be listed as "Vegetarian", and my rating will remain a 4.

Plant based oasis in Østerbro - Edit
Souls' entire menu is 100% plant based, with non-vegan options available as a side. I've now tried everything on their menu, and it's all delicious and good portion sizes. The dressings are mainly nut or seed-based and taste awesome. Each salad comes with their own kind of dressing, as do the sandwiches. They have great breakfast as well as dinner options too. The sweet potato salad and the Soulful BBQ sandwich are my favourites. Great spot.

Top quality vegan place in Copenhagen - Edit
We were unsure what to expect, having seen a couple of reviews which mentioned non-vegan options. But having spoken to the friendly guys in charge I'm pleased to report that that is all in the past, and Souls is now fully vegan!
Read moreWe had two of the "sangers" (that's Australian for sandwiches, I believe), both of which were superb, and huge too. I mean, hearty, crusty bread, really stuffed with tasty ingredients. My favourite was the BBQ mushroom one, but between the three of us we tried them all, and it was rave reviews all round.
There are other options too – there's breakfast and brunch (pancakes sound good) and a burger as well. We haven't tried them yet, but we'll be back :)
Souls is nicely located too, on a quiet, leafy square. Well worth a visit!
Pros: excellent food, good prices (for Cph!), nice location and atmosphere
