Vegan lunch, cheap and super nice staff! - Edit
I've been coming to this place 2 or 3 times a week, I always went away from here super full and satisfied. It was really good relation quality/quantity-price and the staff always cheery and nice. And lunch is always vegan!

Delicious empanada and dessert - Edit
I can't really speak to the food quality in broader terms because all I got were an empanada, a passionfruit tart, and a lucuma cream cake to go, but they were absolutely delicious! All desserts were vegan and they had 6-7 different ones to choose from. The lady behind the counter didn't speak much English. Fortunately a helpful and friendly waiter came to my rescue, explaining the menu options and took my order. It was cheap as well—only 5500 CLP if I remember correctly.

Love! - Edit
I totally love this place, the only thing I dont like is 1. They really should have HUMMUS on the menu. 2.Almost everything has soy and wheat (I have issues with both) 3.Sometimes the food is a little salty and spicy 4. They need to make burgers out of quinoa, lentils, black beans, Falafel etc :D
Read moreThe prices are really affordable

Pros: Drinks! , Yum

big portions, but bland - Edit
We went at 9am-9.30am, but was closed. Went back at 12.30pm, and they had just opened. We were the first there, but left 45mins later with a line out the door. Big portions, but found the food bland and salty. I had the vegan chorizo and curry rice, and hubby had the vegan meatloaf with potato mash. The mash was the only thing I liked.

Delicious and cheap - Edit
We went to Soju one day for lunch and there was a massive line waiting outside which meant that it must be good if people are willing to wait to get a table. So we waited and weren't dissapointed. The food was delicious and very affordable for a menu. I got the meatballs with rice and for dessert also a chocolate tart. The service was very quick and good. Also the portions are big so be prepared to eat well. would definitely recommend Soju for a delicious vegan lunch.

Great place - Edit
Excellent option if you are around the centre of Santiago. Many vegan options, Chilean food in their veggie version and yummy drinks and desserts. If you go at lunch time, probably you will need to wait, but not that much. Big dishes and very cheap prices. 100% recommendable!!!

Interesting ! - Edit
Not the most healthy food (really not actually ahah) but you can experience some vegan variation of Chile's speciality. The food was ok and the staff very nice.

Pretty great vege/vegan restaurant - Edit
Great food, will definitely be returning. Service was excellent - our first waiter, when realising we were struggling to read/speak Spanish went to find a waitress who explained the menu to us in English, and our food arrived very quickly after ordering. Good selection of food, including desserts, and very reasonably priced.

Back again - Edit
Had to come back again! This time it was for the Burger and French Fries ? . I usually don't use the term "burger" as what you get more often than not is an anemic looking....and sometimes tasting........pattie/ crepe of undetermined origin
Read more( usually with lentils somewhere in the mix..)
Here, there's a full-on, full -size sandwich waiting for you and your companion..It's double sized with even indentations in the bun for where to cut it. And this burger really cuts it !
And then...VEGAN pig ? that I am.....chocolate ice cream !!
And there I was. Fat and Full......and Fully Content ? !!

The best comfort food - Edit
This restaurant was amazing!! It wasn't easy to find but it's part of the gallery, so look for the sign (in the picture section) and then walk into the gallery to find the restaurant.
Read moreWe ordered two completos (Chile hot dogs). One was a tofu dog with vegan mayo and the other was seitan with vegan cheese. We also started with the ceviche which was mouth watering.

great place with lots of character - Edit
In great location right off the Plaza, oozing authenticity, run by three colorful sisters. This is not "health food" veg food more common in Providencia, but rather big, meaty, filling, traditional dishes in a quirky, Chilean atmosphere (the ubiquitous "pasaje," or corridor between buildings). They also serve alcohol and have delicious deserts. Definitely a must-visit for v-travelers in the center.

Exquisite food for good prices - Edit
Most dishes are vegan. Good values for the food. I had champignones al jerez (sauce with red wine and spices) and rice for 3500 pesos (little more than 5 dollars), including a lemonade or fruit tee. Vegan desserts are also available, around 1000 pesos - this includes cheesecakes, sundaes, cakes. The place was well frequented and the staff was very attentive.

Cheap Vegan Food - Edit
I agree with a previous reviewer that called this restaurant a solid B+. The food was good but didn't blow my mind. Still, I would absolutely go back, especially considering the very reasonable prices and the vegan versions of Chilean traditional dishes (mainly served on the dinner menu from my experience).
Read moreWe had a bit of trouble finding Soju and had to ask around, so I took photos of the main entranceway as it looked in July 2016 as well as the storefront and uploaded them here. Hope that helps! This one is worth at least trying out!

Great vegan choices - Edit
A little bit tricky to find but well worth the lost minutes. We arrived at around 7pm and we were seated straight away and given lovely pan and pebre before we ordered. The menu had 9 or 10 completo choices (gorgeous hotdogs made or tofu or seitan and covered with a variety of toppings), promotions, main dishes and 6 or 7 vegan desserts. My omni boyfriend loved it, we both started with completos and a pisco sour, and then shared a chorrillana - a very typical Chilean dish, the vegan version came with seitan, onions, scrambled tofu in place of eggs and of course, bucketloads of fries. Stuffed! We took home two desserts, a chocolate mousse pie and a manjar creme. Altogether came to 20mil and well worth it.

Good and inexpensive vegetarian restaurant - Edit
Nice to find vegan options in the center of Santiago. Very busy restaurant, with a big menu and a lot of vegan stuff. BEWARE: I ask if the cheese was «vegan cheese» and the waiter told me yes, so, as a vegan, I ordered this dish, but i’m pretty sure it was not vegan cheese. Just be carefull, all the staff may not be aware of what vegan means.

Great value and many vegan options - Edit
I visited during a busy lunch hour with two friends. We were seated relatively fast, for there was a long line. The drinks were served with bread and pebre. I was happy to find many vegan choices on the menu of the day, along with great options for dessert. The restaurant seemed popular, and had a line of people waiting to get in for the duration of my meal. There are healthy options, and of course comfort food. The prices were great and I felt very satisfied with the service.

Soju Vegan - solid B+ - Edit
Went to this place today for lunch. It's off the street in an indoor mall, so don't look for it on the street. Food was fresh and tasty.. There are the daily specials and that's it. Place was packed- nice to see vegans in Santiago.

Saludos.
