Vegetarian buffet where you per for food by kilo; mostly for take away. Has pastas like cannelloni, eggplant lasagna, gnocchi, plus brown rice, Asian style noodles, empanadas filled with corn, pumpkin, spinach, and textured soy. Large salad bar. Informal seating area. Open Mon-Fri 11:30am-3:00pm.

good food, but mostly vegetarian - Edit
sofia has a great salad bar, but apart from that (like most vegetarian places in mendoza) only few vegan options. however, it was still one of the better ones (lots of the other vegetarian places dont offer any vegan food!).

inexpensive vegetarian takeout - Edit
Good variety of cooked vegetarian choices, I particularly like their empanadas, lasagna and cannelloni - they also have a rich set of salad options. There's some seating available if you needed to eat there (they also sell disposable cutlery). Inexpensive.
