Serves meat, vegan options available. Vietnamese restaurant with labeled vegan options including pho, 'egg' rolls, and eggplant banh mi (say no mayo). Open Tue-Sun 11:30am-3:00pm, 5:00pm-9:00pm.
Cute Place for a Nice Dinner (PLEASE READ UPDATES) - Edit
EDIT:
BAHN MI IS NOT VEGAN EVEN WITHOUT MAYO.
There was some confusion over if the Bahn Mi was vegan, so I emailed the owner and received this as a response:
"Our banh mi can NOT be made vegan simply by omitting the mayo. There is butter in our bread recipe. I feel sick to my stomach that you were told otherwise."
She apologized and made it right, but I wanted to let everyone know because I was giving out bad information. I was told it was vegan last year and never asked about it again.
OLD REVIEW:
------
There is not a lot that’s specifically labeled vegan on the menu, just like 2 appetizers and the pho. But talking to the waiter, he said they could make anything vegan by request - i.e. omitting the fish sauce in the rice/noodle bowls, and omitting the Mayo on the Banh Mi.
We got the vegan egg rolls, which were excellent. I got the tofu & veggie pho - it was extremely flavorful. I had added the deluxe veggies to it and it was worth it. The tofu was a little bland, though. My husband got the noodle bowl made vegan, fish sauce omitted. He said it was good but after trying my pho, he said my pho was better.
I’d go again - looking forward to trying the banh mi. We’ll probably get it for takeout and add our own Mayo.
Update: been given misinformation from staff about what is vegan and what isn’t several times, such as being told that the Mayo used on the Bahn Mi is vegan when it really isn’t. Today I got the “vegan egg rolls”, which were explicitly marked as such on my receipt and the box only to realize that they contained pork and prawn (no mention of “pork” anywhere on the labeling or packaging unless you look on their website) which is totally unacceptable. Because of this explicit vegan labeling, I had no idea that they even served pork egg rolls so I accidentally ate meat for the first time in thirteen years and am disgusted.
So if you decide to go here, just triple check that what you ordered is actually vegan before eating it because apparently, who knows if what you’re getting is vegan or not…
Giving them two stars because I used to love this place and when it’s good, it’s great, but I don’t see myself returning after several misleading experiences.

Old review:
Modern take on Vietnamese staples. Various vegan options including vegan egg rolls, impeccable Brussels sprouts, two excellent vegan Bahn mi options (tofu puffs or caramelized eggplant), veggie pho, massive vermicelli bowl, etc. The carmelized tofu puffs found in the spring rolls, the pho, and available as a side are addictive. The menu might not seem super special at first glance but trust me, it’s worth the visit.
Really enjoyed the food here - great vegan and vegetarian options! I ordered the tofu spring roll and tofu puff/caramelized eggplant vermicelli bowl, which were both delicious (I’d definitely order extra pickled vegetables next time!) and my partner got the eggplant banh mi and said it was great. Easy online ordering and curbside pick up as well!

Great flavorful vegan dishes - Edit
While not wholly vegan, there are plenty of options and the staff will cater to your needs. The fried tofu puff dishes are all great.
