Great little eco cafe - Edit
Lovely outside seating, really nice unique tasting local coffee, nice vegan breakfast cob. Aren't many vegan options, but have one or two.

Hi there, thanks for your review and lovely comments. We do have a small menu but I wanted to point out that actually there are a fairly high percentage of vegan options - we have our vegan brunch roll, vegan muesli bowl, our lunch menu is almost entirely vegan - Both the curry & the mezze are and the daily salad is always vegan. We do offer a frittata which isn’t! We offer vegan cake, ice cream & hot chocolate too!
Read moreSo overall I would say it isn’t quite correct to say ‘there aren’t ‘many vegan options’.
We are aware we do sell meat but pride ourselves on the fact that veggie/vegan food has ALWAYS been the majority on the menu - for nearly a decade now!

Great Find For Vegans - Edit
I found Snails Pace on Google looking for somewhere whilst cycling the Camel Trail, so messaged them about vegan options and so called for lunch. Its a popular cycling place as its half way on the Camel Trail. Snails Pace is in a recycled shipping container with a wooden conservatory attached with solar panels and all takeaway containers and cups are eco friendly and biodegradable. We had two superfood salads which today consisted of cashew & red pepper couscous, garlic mushrooms, vine leaves, red cabbage & beetroot slaw and salad leaves and was a good sized portion. We also had two teas with oat milk. The salad was perfect, full of flavour and satisfying and we wolfed it down. There was a vegan breakfast available, butterbean houmous sandwich and a vegan cake.

Pros: Vegan options, Vegan cake, Plant milks
