Glad it existed! - Edit
Not a whole lot of vegan options in terminal 2, so this was great and easy. I had the tofu Singapore noodles— very good. My fiancé had the chipotle tofu black bean and rice bowl— not as good. He said the rice was dry. All the food is cold, so that definitely impacts flavor.

Only Vegan options in T1 - Edit
Not only is it the only option we could find, but they have a bunch of aftually really good Airport quick-grab options. Multiple packaged noodle dishes and I think 8 different Vegan smoothie flavors.

Great find! - Edit
So glad I checked happy cow because you'd never expect to find vegan food at a smoothie stand. I had the tofu black bean chipotle box and it was delicious. Was $11.99 pre-tax and filled me up, had a generous portion of tofu too.

Well-marked vegan smoothie options on their ‘Plant-Based lifestyle’ menu. I got the Mango Kale and it was bright green and delicious!

Lifesaver! - Edit
We were starting to think our lunch would be a pack of Hippeas from Starbucks when I looked in the fridge section of Smoothie King and found 5 vegan options. We had the drunken noodle with tofu which was delicious. It's airport food so of course it's overpriced but we were really happy for this option. Of course they also do juices and smoothies for those who prefer a liquid lunch :-)
