The dishes were tasty, organic, and freshly prepared. Our only complaint is that items listed as warm had items that were cold: specifically, refrigerator-cold falafel balls. The carrot juice, though delicious, seemed watered down. As someone who has a juicer at home, the difference was clear. So happy to see vegan desserts, but too full to try them. 😊

We had the Spicy Tofurama salad and it was tasty, but not spicy. The chili mayo dressing was a bit too „heavy“ in my opinion. Anyway, we were happy to find a place like this for a vegan lunch break.

Hier hebben ik voor thuis een heerlijke lunch gehaald, maar je kunt er ook binnen zitten. We hadden voor ieder een wrap; de ‘Killer kapsalon’ en ‘spicy tofurama. Ze waren erg smaakvol, goed gevuld en erg gezond. Het was net een salade, maar dan in een wrap.

The food at SLA is really healthy and fresh. They offer dishes with meat and fish as well, but there are plenty of vegan options and all dressings are vegan. Eating at SLA is not too expensive, you can take-away easily, but on the other hand this also doesn't make it feel like going out for dinner, which is fine if it's what you are looking for.

Haarlem needs more places to eat vegetarian/vegan. Luckily there is SLA with plenty of vegan options. Not just plain salads, but wonderful nourishing bowls, soups etc. I believe their ingredients are bio as well. Also the interior is very beautiful and trendy.

(English: see Pros/Cons). Wow, SLA heeft by far de meeste keuze in Vegan en Vega eten in heel Haarlem! Bijna alles is Vegan op een paar zaken na, die dan weer handig zijn voor je wat minder vega-vriend / tafelgenoot.

I went to sla for a quick lunch with my mom, I got the hummus avocado bowl and she got a soup (I believe broccoli).

I would certainly return, even my mom liked it and she is not even vegan or vegetarian

I had the nourish bowl which was bright beautiful fresh and delicious It had a pumpkin hummus, lentils roasted chickpeas salad greens, cauliflower and sweet potato and more that I can't now remember. It was really good and only 11 euro so happy I had lunch there
