Serves meat, vegan options available. Cafeteria and salad bar with several outlets in the city. Order at the counter. Menu changes but always has several vegan dishes, and you can compose your own salad. The non-vegan options offer substitutes such as tempeh. Desserts, smoothies, salad dressing are all vegan. Has vegan soup. Coffee can be requested with soy or almond milk. Open Mon-Sat 12:00pm-9:00pm.

Sla is a really great chain spreading through Amsterdam and the Netherlands offering healthy food that tastes great for the masses, and catering for vegans too! The salads really are delicious and are so creative! Everyone would enjoy eating them! As it is really well known and popular, usually it is busy which is a downside, but still worth visiting.. once or twice.. or ten times

Great place - Edit
We went here three times during our stay in Amsterdam, it's so good for salads and has vegan and vegetarian options including 'chicken' made from lupin beans. They also have raw desserts and the most amazing teas! I like the fact that you can make up your own salads without the hassle of asking what's in it, especially useful with dietary needs on top of being vegetarian/ vegan. It's really busy at night but you can take away. Enjoy!

The menu is dutch, but the staff are happy to help recommend something, it's just a DIY salad selection with user tasty ingredients.
I had a salad with leaves, quinoa, brocoli, cauliflower, carrots, pinenuts, some creamy tahini sauce and vegetarian chicken from devegetarianish slager (veg butcher)
Really nice interiors too
Pros: mock meat, tasty, friendly
Cons: no English menu
