Very delicious Ramen in a small cozy restaurant, service was also very nice, and offered free water.
Read moreWhen we arrived around 6pm it was still quite empty and it was easy to get a table but it filled very quickly after that, so be aware that this place really isn't that big and doesn't take reservations:)

It's a small place and we had to wait for a table (about 15 minutes). The wait was well worth it! The menu is lean. They do ramen and they do it really well. The wait staff are really friendly. It's well worth the trip and we look forward to coming back. The miso ramen (spicy variation)was excellent. Just the right amount of heat. The creamy umami ramen just as good.

This tiny spot fills up quickly. But you’ll be happy that you came really or waited once you get the ramen. A simple straightforward menu where there don’t seem to be any bad choices.

I also bought some kimchi to take home, it was very good but also expensive, so maybe I wouldn’t recommend that.

I had their food first at a pop-up in London and have always been wanting to come back since! I got the spicy "saucy" AMAZE-men, which came with tempura cauliflower and the most amazing marinated tomato (how did they do that ??) I forgot how rich it was, which is definitely something to note, but quite an experience. Because there was no protein in the ramen, I got their fried seitan on the side.

This is our favorite place to eat in Amsterdam. The Amaze Men is so delicious that we haven’t tried much else on the menu. Anyone who comes to visit us, vegan or not, gets treated to ramen and we haven’t found a single person who doesn’t love it. Everyone who works here is very friendly.

The ramen was so good! We weren’t fans of the dumpling appetizer we ordered as we found it too sweet, but that was more our personal taste. The ramen itself was amazing- we tried the kimchi amaze men and the spicy miso, both were delicious! The sauce/broth was incredibly flavorful and I would come back here in a heartbeat. I would definitely recommend coming here if you like ramen! My only complaint is that we waited a long time for someone to come back so I could order dessert.

Throughly enjoyable dinner. The tantanmen was artfully prepared with flavors that were well balanced yet exciting. The texture of the noodles was excellent and conducted the sauce well. The sauce was intense with the flavor of sesame well highlighted, as well as a slight spicy kick. A real mastery of techniques was shown, notably in the preparation of the fried seitan, which was coated in a light but crispy batter. Dishes were all beautifully presented and the service demonstrated evidence of real hospitality and professionalism, very well done!!

I had the spicy miso ramen and shared the takoyaki and fried shrimp with my friends. The ramen was really good! The broth was creamy and had a nice kick to it. The seitan was pretty good, I think I’d prefer having tofu as an option for protein (but that’s just personal preference). The takoyaki were delicious! I liked the shrimp as well and how crispy it was, I think they could just a bit more salt and/or fishy flavour. Our food arrived quickly and I liked the atmosphere. Would definitely come back here again!

Great ramen. Perfect for a cold day in November. Had a selection of a few ramens to choose from. We both decided on the spicy miso ramen - delicious flavour, creamy broth and very heartwarming. Also very filling! Had free water available.

The AmazeMen Classic was great. The sauce and noodles were indeed amazing and the crispy onions were an interesting contrast. The tempura cauliflower was fab and the rocket was a nice contrast. The plum wine soaked tomato was fun and interesting too. I wasn’t crazy about the kimchi as it felt heavy. We wondered if it had sesame oil or something else on it as it didn’t feel so fresh. Loved their little shop too with fun items to take away. I got some ready made ramen packs to take away.

The broth was so creamy and delicious, the noodles tasted great and the vegetables and mushrooms complimented the soup really well, also the seitan was tasty and it‘s crust didn’t get mushy to fast. All in all really good and filling ramen!

Great vegan ramen. Very creamy broth and noodles with a good bite. The tofu ice cream has a very clean soy flavour and was a nice way to balance out the heaviness with something sweet after the meal.
