Bazaar it is - Edit
The further down you go from bibikhanum the more local and less touristy it gets.
Read moreVegans can have spinach-courgette and pumpkin bichak (confirmed vegan), boiled sweetcorn, variety of Korean salads and of course the famous Samarkand bread. It's mind blowing to have with some simple salad when it's fresh.

Love this place - Edit
Siyob Bazaar is one of my favourite places in Samarkand. I got my favourite Non from here. Between 8:30am to 9:30am, keep an eye on the people wheeling carts of Non up Tashkent Street towards the market. They are the ones that have been freshly made that morning. They will go into the market and set up at a stall. Follow them and buy your fresh Non from them. I paid 5000 UZS for Non everywhere. This market is closed on Mondays.
