Basic vegetarian food on Island - Edit
Busy restaurant, very fast service and nice staff. We ordered off the vegetarian menu in hopes that our food would be vegan. We ordered pad Thai with tofu and no egg. It arrived with egg but as we specifically asked for without, we returned it and they gave us a fresh one. It was the worst pad Thai we have tasted unfortunately and we could only hope the funky taste wasn’t fish sauce. We also order sweet and sour tofu which was fine, with chunks of pineapple. Not too expensive but wouldn’t go back. It’s harder to find vegan food on the island.

Cons: Wasn’t confident our food was actually vegan, The pad Thai tasted bad

Cross contamination with meat! - Edit
Ordered vegetables and tofu with plain rice and found a piece of chicken in with the tofu and other bits of meat! Clearly use the same pans to fry mean and vegetable dishes which results in cross contamination with meat.

One dish gets 'em all! - Edit
They have a special vegetarian menu. Just ask for it. Nevertheless you won't need it. Just order stir fried tofu with cashew nuts, a side of rice and thank me later.

Vegan green curry - Edit
You must tell them, you want "Jay" food(เจ) . This is a buddism way to eat and same like vegan. The word vegan, they don't really understand. Jay is common in Thailand. There is every year a vegetarian festival over 10 days in Phuket and Thailand. They only have Jay food on that festival. Also you find the symbol often at food stalls and restaurants.
