Not just one choice but 6! - Edit
I was surprised at how difficult it was to find vegan ice cream in Seattle but after stopping several places only to be disappointed a found this place in Pike's Market. I was thrilled to see so many choices and the ice cream was very good. The choices when I visited were: creamsicle, choc cookie dough, vanilla, strawberry, black sesame and lemon marshmallow.

Nice variety of vegan ice cream flavors - Edit
They had four different vegan options when I went this summer (Vanilla, Hazelnut/Coffee, Buttered Popcorn, and Root Beer). I had the root beer ice cream, and I thought it was delicious. It tasted like a root beer float in a cone. The prices are a little high though.

There were about 4-5 vegan options when I went. I sampled some of the flavors. I found them to be overly sweet. Also, the buttered popcorn flavor was absolutely disgusting.

Half the Case was Vegan! - Edit
Out of the 16 flavors 7 were vegan! They have a wide variety of flavors. I got the rice crispy flavor and it was delicious and super creamy. All the vegan options are coconut milk based. $6 a scoop or $10 for 2 scoops. They also have milkshakes!

The BEST vegan ice cream - Edit
My daughter has never been able to eat ice cream from a cone from an ice cream shop until now. She had the mocha one and it's like nothing I've ever tasted before. It was so incredibly good. She was a super happy camper!

Excellent Vegan Ice Cream - Edit
The Mayan Chocolate was dark and creamy. Also had a delicious pumpkin flavor. Even my husband who prefers vegan ice cream that's not coconut based, was pleased with the flavor he chose. A great lunch (only on vacation :) ).
