Decent vegan kebab - Edit
This place is in the food court inside University Place (the big round "bean tin" building opposite the museum) and it's only open weekdays during term time. I had the mixed kebab with fries. The kebab was decent, but as "default" could use some extra sauce (garlic and chilli) and for my taste something pickled. I will probably come back and ask for this next time, and then it will probably be very good... and I do probably like bolder bigger flavours and textures than the average person so your mileage may vary. The fries were very nice and crispy, and there was a good selection of vegan sauces to add to taste.

Their kebabs are perfect in my opinion. They are filling, flavourful, and they are really well done because unlike kebabs from other places, the bottom isn't soggy.

Just sad that I only get to have it once a month, at Stockport Foodie Friday. I'd have it every day if I could.
Pros: Perfect shawarma and doner. , The sauces and even the bread is delicious , Their cat is called Kebab
Cons: Other people in the queue. It's too popular. , No platinum-level-unlimited-kebab memberships, Food vanishes after 2-3 minutes. You'll need more.

Seitan's Kebab at North Wales Vegan Festival 2024! - Edit
I really enjoyed my kebab from Seitan's Kebab. The kebab was flavourful as it was packed with different veggies and sauces, the seitan was well made, and the portion was more than decent. Well worth a visit for those who get the chance!

The best vegan doner 😍😍 - Edit
Ok first had Seitans kebab at a vegan food festival and was completely blown away !! The doner style is amazing and non vegans could definitely be fooled i think. The bread was perfection, all the sauces and the salad just all perfect together as a doner naan. However we have since been to the Food Halls in Manchester where they are serving food however no doner on the menu😒absolutely gutted ! We had the chicken style wrap instead and was super super tasty, up there with what the pitta, would highly recommend going to try there food but if you are at a venue with the doner on the menu defo grab some while you can !

Never knew these guys existed until the local lockdown although my wife told me there was a local popup outside the University as she works there. Now they are delivering their awesome kebabs locally and they're amazing!

Had my first taste of Seitans Kebab at Manchester Psych Fest 2018 and absolutley loved it. As a meat-eater (who enjoys vegan food too) I certainly didn't miss the meat and the kebab was incredibly tasty. If you find these guys at a food market, I thoroughly recommend giving them your custom.
