Nice brunch spot near Pl. España - Edit
As of now, the options are as stated in the description. They are clearly labeled in the menu. All milk-containing drinks can be prepared with oatmilk instead. I had the bagel and a chai latte, they were both very tasty, to a point that I got a second chai latte.
