Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant and pizzeria located in front of the lake serving food from 12-3pm and after 7pm. The counter offers by the slice pizza which are made from different kinds of dough (classic, integral, quinoa, gluten-free). The vegan pizza options are the "pachamama" which is made with tofu cream, cabbage, artichoke heart, tomatoes, olives, and mandioc; and the "arcimboldo" which is cheeseless and topped with seasonal vegetables. A quinoa salad is vegan. Open Mon-Fri 12:00-23:00, Sat-Sun 09:00-23:00.

Non-traditional pizza - Edit
Santa has non-traditional pizza with a thick crust. There are 2 vegan options. We had the pachamama with tofu cream, which was good. It’s not the best pizza but it was nice to try out something new. There is always at least one vegan pasta: pasta al pomodoro, which was very simple but good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They know what vegan is. Nice atmosphere.

Read moreThey have a couple of vegan options on the menu and I chose the salad. It was nothing special, though nice enough. I asked for it without olives and got it (accidentally?) without avocado and capsicum as well.

The Patchamama Pizza as well as another pizza and two salads are vegan. The pizza crust can be chosen classic, whole grain or gluten free.

Nice pizza, two vegan choices. It's not a traditional Italian pizza (thin crusted) but more like a topped bread.
Read moreOdd thing: they send out a sustainable vibe but you get plastic glasses and cutlery with your meal. They do have a recycling bin but just doing the dishes would be better for the environment.
