Great owner, great ice cream and specialty coffee

The owner of this shop is a total sweetheart.

While his shop is not fully vegan, I would give him 6 stars if I could. Everything is sourced as locally and ethically as possible. This also includes his spoons, cups etc. which are all recycled.
Furthermore, he has some of the best coffee in and around Garda, as he has actual specialty coffee (Washed and natural process geishas, etc), which is super rare to find in this part of Italy.
He even let us taste his “product test” of a vegan pistachio cream which he will start offering as a topping on ice cream.

I recommend trying the Mandorlé, which is like affogato but using a vegan granite instead of ice cream, with bergamot flavors and deep taste of almond. Also try the Sicilian strawberry granite, and take home a bag of his own locally roasted coffee if you like great coffee.

Pros: 1. This guy is amazing, 2. Everything ethically and locally sourced , 3. Great ice cream and specialty coffee

Nice granita

Ice cream shop selling also sicilian granita.
We only tried granita, and it was really tasty and with a really natural flavour!
