Il y a des pour et des contre : les pour, choix véganes (plutôt salés que sucrés) et bonne cuisine, accueil sympathique, jolie déco et les contre, endroit (très) exigu, peu de choix véganes sucrés ce qui est dommage pour un salon de thé. De plus, les portions sucrées sont un peu petites pour le prix.

A vegans paradise in Bruges! - Edit
Lots of delicious bagels and breakfast bowls in lovely surroundings with fab staff. It’s rare to find anywhere with an interest or understanding of vegan food in Bruges and this place is perfect.

Super lekker ontbijt - Edit
Trudy’s bowl is echt een aanrader. Deze wordt gemaakt met soya yoghurt, zelfgemaakte granola, zwarte chocolade en fruit. Echt heerlijk en een zeer grote portie. Bij de volgende trip naar Oostende kom ik zeker terug. (Mijn omni man vond zijn bagel ook heel lekker). Voor de bowl, bagel en 2 drankjes hebben we 24 euro betaald.

Solid breakfast option - Edit
Delicious breakfast- I had the combined breakfast that came with vegan yogurt and fruit, a hot drink, orange juice, and a bagel with delicious avocado, grilled eggplant, and tomato. Very friendly service, easy to read menu as far as what was vegan. Only downside is there is no vegan protein (beyond whatever is in the vegan yogurt).

Nice little place - vegan bagel - Edit
Vegan bagel is labelled on menu. Also checked again and asked whether the bread biun is vegan, and got confirmation.
Read moreHad an orange juice (rather small glass, but then it also was only 3€) and the bagel with avocado, grilled eggplant, tomato and salad (8€). Didn’t have to wait long, and it was nice!
