It's not fully vegan

Went there today with my partner and in the sign said vegan and vegetarian cuisine. I was told that they are vegetarian and not fully vegan, but everything can be made vegan.
We were hoping to find some tofu dishes, but they didn't have them since tofu is not widely available to purchase in Jaisalmer, so that was a little disappointing since we read in the reviews that they have it.
The food was tasty and the owner friendly.
I must say that the space is very nice but the tables and the cushions were quite dirty, which made us a little uncomfortable.
In any case, it is a good option since they have knowledge of veganism.

Only vegan restaurant in Jaisalmer

We had a tasty lunch here. It's freshly prepared, a big choice for a fair price and friendly staff. Tofu paneer with mushrooms, vegan spinach garlic naan and a special dish (I forgot the name). Not very busy, beautiful seating on the rooftop.
