The place is beautiful, the owner- ritesh is kind. Probably the only place with oats milk option. He is aware of the health related requirement of people.

Great little spot! - Edit
Kuku have lovely staff who are welcoming and understand what vegan is. The cafe doesn’t really do dinner food but have coffee that is as close to western coffee as you can find in India and good snack food. We’ve had banana oatmeal (not on menu), the vegan omelette, noodles, toast and fries. All have been good. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Jaisalmer - it also has a good view.

Unique place - Edit
These two brothers who run the café are really unique. They have a quite interesting menu you won't find somewhere else with a lot of vegan options. They even offer oat, coconut, almond and soy milk. The coffee is also good and you could watch the sunset from there. Unfortunately during noon it's to hot to sit there because the café is very exposed but Tony is working on this already!

Delicious Vegan Omelette everything else 👎 - Edit
I would love to give KuKus 4 stars but unfortunately the only positive thing I can say is that the omelette was a amazingly delicious and enjoyed eating it with a breathtaking view from on top of the fort. However food took too long to come out and coffees are just overpriced yes I understand you have a coffee machine but it’s not really that much of a deal that you have to raise your prices that much.. I asked for an Americano and I paid 230 for it wow!! I confronted the owner and he said I gIve you large with three shots when I didn’t even ask for that.. and also the menu does not even say that the coffee has three shots!! Anyways the three stars go all to the omelette but won’t be returning!! Porridge disappointed don’t bother, watery and undercooked.

best place ever - Edit
first of all, the view is absolutely stunning, could spend hours there! The two brothers who own kuku are really sunny people, speak great english and do everything to make you happy! The food is amazing! So many vegan options! We loved the banana-chocolate-soy shake and the eggless omelets as well as the freshly made potato fries and cucumber and tomato salads.

Amazing view - Edit
Amazing view. Few vegan options available. Say no to plastic straw when you order beverage. Have to pay 40rp for soy milk. Food was a little bad.. too junky and oily

Fabulous view, great food and tasty drinks - Edit
As a vegan I didn’t think I would have many options in this part of India so this place was like utopia!
Read moreThere are a range of soy milk milkshakes available as well as soy milk hot chocolate. I also really enjoyed the vegetable pakoras and some of the vegetable rice dishes.
The food isn’t fancy but it is tasty and local. There is also a fabulous vegan desert that is local to Jaisalmer. On top of all that there is an incredible view, so, like me, you will probably return a few times (fabulous at sunset)!
Pros: Soy milk drink options, Vegan desert, Tasty local vegan foods

Excellent cafe inside Jaisalmer fort - Edit
This small rooftop cafe is amazing! The brothers who own and run it are so lovely and understand veganism well so they cater to special requests. The soy milk masala chai is veryyyyy delicious!!!! I cant come here without ordering two or three of them! The view from the rooftop is one of the best. This cafe has a very relaxed and chill vibe, and you can even plug your phone into their speaker system if you want to have your own music play. Coffee here is from beans which the brothers source from different places. English is spoken well so your requests to veganize items are well understood. To find this cafe head to the northern most corner of the fort.
