Limited options. Impossible burger is only available on the lunch menu. Staff knows what vegan is and can adjust dishes accordingly. Would recommend.

I had an amazing birthday celebration at Salt. The menu is loaded with vegan options clearly marked on the menu. I absolutely loved the vegan pumpkin soup with a coconut foam on top. The vegan Caribbean curry was also tasty. The cheese-less cake is also vegan and made with tofu, but I honestly think there is a lot of room for improvement for that item… Overall, great experience minus the dessert.
