Quick Vietnamese Food - Edit
Went to Saigon Cafe, as I heard there were vegan options, but unfortunately, there are only 4!! We had 3 of the 4, which were pretty good, came out hot, good portions and fair prices. The taste was ok.
Read moreMake sure you specify "Vegan", because their "Mon Chay - Vegan" section on the menu is NOT all Vegan. Hopefully, they will build on this menu as it is a cute place with indoor seating and nice staff.

This is one of my go to lunch spots in West Eugene. They're vegan Pho is really excellent.
