Delicious Vegan Take-out Made to Order

First encountered at the Asian American Festival. People would walk by someone carrying beautiful food and Thai Iced Teas. “Where did you get that?” was asked numerous times. Chaiyo Food Truck was the answer. After waiting in a 20 minute line, the food truck was sold out. Great for business but I was out of luck. I took a menu and vowed to visit the food truck at its regular location. I was not disappointed. Not only did the food look appealing it was equally appetizing. My favorite is the Drunken Noodles with no egg and Thai Iced Tea with coconut milk. Tofu can be selected as protein for most dishes. #Veganuary

Pros: Flavor and Taste, Picnic Table Seating, Easy substitutions

Cons: Lack of infrastructure (Rainy Days), Hard to locate
