Great Private Vegan Cooking Experience 😀 - Edit
We did a private vegan cooking class with Moxie and it was such a great experience. She was incredibly friendly and shared so much about Vietnamese culture, food traditions, and daily life, which made the whole class feel very authentic and personal. Before cooking, she took us to the local market where we picked out fresh fruits for dessert and the vegetables we would use in the dishes.
Read moreThe venue is clean, organized, and has a warm, home-style setup. Everything was arranged beautifully for a hands-on cooking session. We cooked a full spread: fresh spring rolls, banana leaf salad, a mushroom and carrot stir-fry, stuffed mushrooms with tofu and a homemade dipping sauce. All ingredients and sauces were made fully vegan, and Moxie explained each step clearly while keeping the class fun.
This is a great option for vegans who want an immersive cooking experience in Hanoi. The class is interactive, educational, and the food turns out fresh, delicious, and plentiful—a wonderful way to learn plant-based Vietnamese cooking in an authentic setting.
