A lovely find - Edit
This is located away from the main old town area near a little lake, an area I much preferred. I came for breakfast before the airport and although they were not officially open yet, they made me some breakfast and served it quickly being aware I had limited time. Very friendly staff, tasty food and a varied menu. I had a broth with tofu, tomato, noodles, mushroom and greens and it was delicious. It’s half the price of old town eateries and in my opinion much better.

A must-try vegetarian restaurant in Hanoi - Edit
Chay Nha An is a hidden gem offering a vegetarian, a la carte menu catering to your needs. I first learned about the restaurant through my aunt who was finding a place for a small family gathering. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The friendly staff helped us navigate the menu since this was my first time trying vegetarian dishes. We went for Rolled Pho and Fresh Rolls for incredible appetizers! I highly recommend these whenever you visit this restaurant. The main course with Spring Rolls and Rice Noodles was scrumptious. The spring rolls were crunchy and flavourful, and the best part is they don't contain any MSG. Overall, Chay Nha An is a fantastic option for anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying vegetarian meal in Hanoi.
