Menu includes both Thai as well western food and has a vegetarian section which includes mock meats. Owners speak English and understand veganism. Seats 20, gets busy. Open Tue-Sun 2:00pm-10:00pm.

Rice Paddy - Edit
I visited here a few times during my week on Koh Yao Noi, my favourite dish was definitely the Pad Pak Raum (veggie stir fry) and I enjoyed the mushroom based mock lamb. Like in most Thai spots you need to specify that you want no fish sauce / no egg even when you're ordering from the veggie section of the menu but there's a note there to remind you.
